CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Trellis House is a small, privately owned business. Due to the size of our B&B cancellations greatly affect us. We never overbook our property, consequently when we guarantee an accommodation we miss the opportunity to book that room to others. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
Cancellations, shortened stays, or change in dates require a 14 day notice prior to arrival date. Cancellations with 14+ days notice will not be penalized if the deposit is retained on a house account for a future stay, otherwise a processing fee of $50 will be withheld and the balance will be refunded.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice are not eligible for a refund of the deposit. However, the deposit will be kept on a house account to be used for a future stay or may be transferred to a gift card upon request.
No cancellations or changes may be made within 7 days of check-in and will result in the full charge for the entire stay. No house credit will be given.
