THE GARDEN ROOM

 Enjoy the great ocean view from the Garden room on the 2nd floor of our carriage house. It has a private deck and in cooler months, a gas fireplace to keep warm.

MAINE SUITE
RATE: $145 - $230

Located on the 2nd floor of the Inn, The Maine suite is our most popular room.  Very comfortable and large with a nice ocean view.

 

ENGLISH SUITE
RATE: $145 - $230

Also on the 2nd floor of the Inn, the English suite, in addition to being spacious, has a separate sitting room just perfect for curling up with a good book.

THE COUNTRY ROOM
RATE: $135 - $210

A nice sunny room on the 2nd floor of the Inn as well.  This room also has a nice ocean view.

THE TERRACE ROOM
RATE: $115 - $180

For those who don't like stairs, the Terrace room is on the 1st floor of the carriage house. It has a large bathroom with heated floor and walk-in shower.  The water garden is just steps from your door.

THE LITTLEFIELD ROOM
RATE: $100 - $165

Small but bright and cheery, the Littlefield room is on the 1st floor of the carriage house.

THE YORK ROOM
RATE: $145 - $230

Located on the 2nd floor of the carriage house, this room has a private deck which overlooks the gardens and has a nice ocean view.  In the cooler months warm up by the gas fireplace.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of 50% or one nights lodging, which ever is greater, is required on all reservations. The balance is due upon arrival. Deposits are charged to your master card or visa when the reservation is made. Confirmation of your reservation and receipt of your deposit will be forwarded . Reservations will be held until 5:00 p.m. unless notified of a late arrival.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS

Cancelations made 21 days prior to confirmed arrival are guaranteed refund.* If cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to confirmed arrival, deposit will be forfeited. If departure is prior to length of time reserved, the regular room rate will be charged for the balance of the reserved period.
A $40.00 service charge will be applied to all refunds.
